With your support, we can make progress together -- An open letter to all employees
Dear employees and colleagues:
Yesterday's reform mobilization meeting was the most successful and vibrant one the company has ever held. The morale, speed, and cooperation were all first-rate. I am deeply proud of this and sincerely grateful for your unwavering support. I believe that Tongda's transformation will surely succeed!
The purpose of this transformation is to standardize management, clarify systems, improve production efficiency, reduce losses and waste, thereby enhancing company profits and achieving a win-win situation for both the company and its employees!
