New combination, new strength
The upholstery workshop's management team was also adjusted to a combination of Chen Jinhao and Zheng Guoying in the first half of the year. In just a few months, the upholstery workshop gradually improved the passive situation at the beginning of the year when only a few skilled workers remained, and made improvements in quality and on-site management. In June's production sprint, they fought the most arduous battle and completed the Yingkou project's production tasks on time.
Chen Shaohua served as the supervisor of the hardware workshop in the first half of the year. Many challenges came with the new position. The hardware workload for projects in Shanghai and other locations was enormous. After several months of effort, the hardware workshop's work discipline significantly improved, and production progress was effectively controlled.
Improved results of the paint workshop:
The paint workshop was also adjusted into two workshops. Workshop 1 consists of Director He Zhifei, Supervisor Zhang Yemao, and Supervisor Liu Hesheng. Workshop 2 consists of Director Hu Shucheng, Supervisor Hu Lianggen, Supervisor Liu Zhongwen, and Supervisor Lai Riwei. Director Hu provided overall technical control. The biggest change in June was the adoption of PE primer, which raised the overall paint quality to a higher level.
The finished product debugging and packaging workshop also had a new supervisor. During June's sprint, they worked overtime almost every day until 11-12 pm, effectively ensuring the smooth delivery of the Yingkou project. A total of 65 trucks were shipped in June.
