1. Three-level review of drawing refinement: self-check by the designer, review by the technical quality supervisor, and approval by the project manager before it can be sent to the production workshop.
2. Each project forms a corresponding folder to uniformly manage the furniture and on-site drawings of each project. Issuance, modification, and archiving are all recorded and managed by a dedicated person.
3. Before the production of each piece of furniture, the design department will print a one-to-one sample drawing, and the business and design departments will jointly explain the drawing and material requirements to the production department.
4. Each project will automatically form a project team, from follow-up, production, inspection to documents, facilitating information feedback and handling of sudden quality events.
5. After the completion of the project, the project team will hold a meeting to review the production process, communication process, and furniture quality issues, implementing continuous quality improvement.
